Mary Lambert Talks Bold

Mary Lambert is not holding back. Her recent album, appropriately titled “Bold,” is the artist’s first self-produced track, which discusses queer love and features vocals from her mother and inspiration, Mary Kay Lambert. The album also acts as Mary’s farewell to the pop music scene — but she isn’t going far.

Mary’s next album, which is already in the works, deals with music in a more serious manner. An ode to overcoming abuse, neglect and self-deprecation, the upcoming album is a shameless nod to Mary’s past, taking on the title of – you guessed it – “Shame.”
